The multicultural approach plays a vital role in learning religious education order to recognize the diversity that exists, especially conflict-prone zone schools. This study aims describe zones. Through exercising Garfinkel’s ethnomethodology analysis, this qualitative research was conducted at SMAN 2 Pasaman and 1 Luhak Nan Duo senior high schools within zones of West Pasaman, Sumatra. dynamics school philosophy towards inclusive approaches for indicated academic culture said must be capable creating more harmonious atmosphere among ethnic diversities, mainly Javanese, Minangkabaunese, Bataknese. application such showed planning, implementation, evaluation carried out while simultaneously considering these ethnicities. employment an association with school’s physical environment is strategic interaction various ethnicities, as Minang, Batak ethnicities Duo. useful input making improving policies by government regarding implementation
